A large one year old 1st floor property a 2min drive from the East Cowes ferry terminal and a 3 minutes walk from Cowes high St. A Large double bedroom with king-size bed and double bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms can be made up with either double or twin beds. Large lounge with sofa bed. Separate Kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The apartment is of a contemporary style with a fully fitted kitchen including modern appliances and breakfast bar. Easy walking distance of the Red Jet, Yacht Clubs and Marinas. Perfect for couples, small families and corporate guests.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival , consisting of Coffee, tea bags, milk, sugar, bread, butter and eggs.
